00Our promise

Our promise to you

When we visit, you’re looked after.

The doctor sits with you, unhurried. We listen to the whole story and check everything thoroughly.

Between visits, we’re still here.

We’ll do everything we can to look after your health at home: the plan, the nurse, the tests, the helpline from 8am–8pm. You don’t have to hold it all together alone.

01Who we look after

For anyone who’d heal better at home than in a waiting room.

Here’s what happens, step by step.

  1. Step 1

    You call, we listen.

Tell us what’s going on over a phone call or by filling the form below. Someone from our care team calls you back, hears the whole story, and arranges the doctor’s visit. Nothing to pay to ask.

  2. Step 2 · ₹2,500

    The doctor comes home.

Your first consult is a doctor at your door, not a video call. They examine you thoroughly, go through your medications and old reports, and talk with the family member who is present at home.

  3. Step 3

    We make the plan together.

They write a care plan for this individual person — what to watch for, what medications, what tests, and all your healthcare needs addressed at home. A written care plan: clear, personal, and agreed upon mutually before anything begins — at your home.

  4. Step 4 · ₹2,500 a visit

    Nurses keep it going.

Trained nurses visit on the rhythm you agreed, checking vitals, medicines and wounds, and noticing the small changes before they become big ones.

  5. Step 5

The doctor comes back whenever needed.

If something changes, the doctor returns to the house. You’re never left wondering who is in charge: the same team knows the whole picture.

  6. Step 6

    Family stays close.

A short, clear summary after every visit, and a helpline you can call from 8am–8pm from the day you start. Even from another city, you’ll know how they are.

A quiet room at home: an armchair by a sunlit window, plants and a stack of books.

03What we take care of

Everything your health needs at home. We’ll arrange it.

  • A doctor at home

For the first visit, and every time it’s needed after that.

  • A written care plan

Clear, personal, and agreed with you before anything begins.

  • Nurse visits on your rhythm

Weekly, fortnightly, whatever the plan and your family need.

  • A helpline, 8am–8pm

Available every day from 8am to 8pm, from the day you start.

  • One health record

Visits, vitals, medicines and reports in one place, shared with your doctor and family.

  • A summary after every visit

So the family always knows what happened and what’s next.

  • Tests, arranged at home Billed separately

We organise blood tests and reports when the plan needs them.

  • Long-term nursing & physiotherapy Via partners

Through partners we trust, coordinated as part of the same plan.

07Questions

What families usually ask us.

Something else on your mind? Call +91 97313 85505 from 8am–8pm.

Do you serve Bangalore?

Yes. We offer doctor home visits across Bangalore (Bengaluru). A doctor comes to your home for the first consult and returns when needed. Call +91 97313 85505 from 8am–8pm to ask for a visit.

Does a doctor really come to the house?

Yes. The first consult is always a doctor visiting you at home. After that, the doctor comes back whenever the care plan or a change in health calls for it. Nurses handle the regular visits in between.

What will it cost each month?

It depends on the care plan. Every visit is ₹2,500, so a plan with two visits a month comes to ₹5,000, plus any tests. We tell you the expected visits before you agree to anything.

What isn’t included in the visit price?

Lab tests are billed separately. Long-term nursing and physiotherapy are arranged through our partners and priced by them. We coordinate it all so it stays part of one plan.

I live in another city. Can I still look after my parent’s care?

Yes. Many of our families do. You get a summary after every visit and can call the helpline from 8am–8pm, from anywhere. We’ll keep you in the loop as if you were in the room.

Who is Atmiya right for?

Anyone who would be better cared for at home: elders who find hospital trips hard, people living with long-term conditions, and anyone recovering after surgery or a hospital stay.

Is this an emergency service?

This is not an emergency service. In case of an emergency, please call 108. Our helpline (8am–8pm) can advise and support the family, but it doesn’t replace an ambulance.
